SUBJECT: Announcing Principles of Technology Professional Development Workshop

The Virginia Department of Education is pleased to offer a Principles of Technology workshop designed for technology education and physics teachers.  The 40-hour workshop will focus on new instructional methods for delivering physics content.  It will be held at Carver College and Career AcademyThis link takes you out of the Virginia Department of Education website, Chester, Virginia, from July 17-20, 2017.

Preregistration is required.  Workshop slots are limited and will be assigned on a first received basis.  Refer to Attachment A for the registration form.  There is no registration fee.  Participants are responsible for all meals, travel-related expenses, and lodging, if needed.  School division’s federal Perkins funds are allowable for this expenditure.
